Site surveys incur a flat charge of £50 for provision of detailed plans and a product list of required items. In addition there are travel costs of 48p per mile (round-trip).
Every system is specifically designed to meet a photographer's needs based on a survey at the time and the lighting required to be hung from the bespoke system. If the lighting requirements change in future, then the system may need rewiring to take into account additional, more powerful or different types of lights. No responsibility can be accepted for additional lights or equipment hung from the system that were not taken into account at the time of the original design and installation.
Normal payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice.
Lyons Photography reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts from the due date until the date payment is received for the full amount, both before and after any judgement at a rate of 5% of the total amount owed per month.
VAT is not levied on invoices.
