We pride ourselves on our health and safety record.  All our installations are designed and installed to the highest standards ensuring health and safety requirements of system users are paramount.

We follow all guidelines laid down by manufacturers related to fixings, the system itself, and if we devise health and safety guidelines to comply with builders’, developers’ and clients’ requirements completing risk assessments and method statements as required.

We do not leave a job until we have explained how the system works to the client and users have fully understood how best to use the system.

Environmental Policy

We are aware of the issues of recycling and protecting the environment.  All our work is undertaken respecting the requirements of our clients and our own high standards. When we start a job, we separate all the waste packaging from the job ready for recycling.

If the premises we visit have their own recycling policy, we work with our clients to utilize these. Otherwise we attend to recycling this ourselves by removing all such materials from the site and recycling it appropriately.

Quality

The quality of our service is paramount – we give 100% commitment.  From the day we undertake the site survey and calculate what you need, to the day we complete the job, you can rely on us to give you the best standard in job satisfaction and complete within deadlines.

Our motto is "We only want to see you twice" – once for the initial site survey and second to install the system and ensure the job is done satisfactorily.  If at some point you want the system upgraded, relocated or serviced, then we’re happy to oblige and again meet your needs exactly.

We always work with the best quality fixings and products. 

We carry £5m public liability and employers’ liability insurance.

All policies will be monitored and reviewed  & if necessary revised if there are any legislative or organisational changes.
