We pride ourselves on our health and safety record.  All our installations are designed and installed to the highest standards ensuring health and safety requirements of system users are paramount.

We follow all guidelines laid down by manufacturers related to fixings, the system itself, and devise health and safety guidelines to comply with builders’, developers’ and clients’ requirements completing risk assessments and method statements as required.  We ensure safe working practices at all times minimising risk to anyone on site.

We do not leave a job until we have explained how the system works to the client and users have fully understood how best to use the system.

Environmental Policy

We are aware of the issues of protecting the environment.  All work is undertaken respecting our clients’ and our own high standards and requirements.

When we start a job, we separate all waste packaging ready for recycling. If the premises we visit have their own recycling policy, we work with our clients to utilise these. Otherwise we recycle waste ourselves by removing all such materials from the site and recycling it appropriately in approved disposal sites.

We minimise waste wherever possible, ensuring our operations are as efficient as possible whether minimising journeys (fuel consumption/emissions) or reducing and recycling waste.  We are committed to improving our environmental impact at all times.

Quality

The quality of our service is paramount – we give 100% commitment.  From the day we undertake the site survey and calculate what you need, to the day we complete the job, you can rely on us to give you the best standard in job satisfaction and complete within deadlines.

Our motto is ‘We only want to see you twice – once for the initial site survey and second to install the system and job done satisfactorily.  If at some point you want the system upgraded or relocated or serviced, then we’re happy to oblige and again meet your needs exactly.

We always work with the best quality fixings and products.

We carry £5m public liability and employers’ liability insurance.

All policies will be monitored and reviewed  & if necessary revised if there are any legislative or organisational changes.
